We help victims of fraud prepare disputes, reports and evidence, and trace cryptocurrency. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Where a case needs legal action, we refer you to a licensed attorney.

We never hold, move or receive your funds, and we never act as an intermediary for money returned to you.

Whether money is returned depends on banks, card networks, exchanges, issuers, courts and law enforcement, not on us. We do not guarantee any result, and any view we give on your chances is an honest estimate, not a promise.

Our fees work as follows:

• Paid work is quoted as a flat fee in before it starts.
• We never charge a percentage of money not yet returned.
• We accept payment by card or bank transfer.
• If we cannot start the agreed work, you get a full refund.

You agree to:

• Give accurate information and tell us about any other firm you have engaged.
• File the official reports (such as CCS and the FAE) in your own name, with our help where needed.
• Never send us wrong information or documents that doesn't belong to you.

Information on this website, including fees and timings, is a general guide and may change. It is not a quote or legal advice. Case studies describe past cases with the client's permission, with identifying details removed.

We are listed and audited by Corechain Solution, an independent directory. Corechain does not take part in our work, hold funds, or guarantee results. Complaints can be made to us directly or through Corechain.

We are responsible for doing the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that work, except where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Courts in Travis County, Texas, have jurisdiction.
