Banks decide disputes on evidence and on the exact words used. I build a timeline, gather the proof, and write the dispute or recall request so it fits the rules the bank or card network applies.

If a dispute is refused, I prepare the appeal and, where it is justified, a complaint to the CFPB or the bank's regulator.

I trace the funds on-chain and produce a report that names the receiving exchanges or stablecoin issuers, with every transaction cited. Law enforcement, exchanges and attorneys can act on it.

Tracing does not return money by itself. It matters when the funds reach a regulated platform that can freeze them. If the trail ends somewhere that cannot be reached, I will say so before you pay for the full report.

If your identity was also stolen, we file at IdentityTheft.gov, freeze your credit with all three bureaus, and lock the affected accounts.
